Prior to Gaggle, Heather was an Account Manager at GE, where Heather played a key role in growing the business portfolio. As a Supervisor at State Farm Bank, Heather led a high-performing customer service team. Heather holds a Master of Arts in Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Western Illinois University.
