Richard Hughes

Richard Hughes, GISP, is a seasoned GIS professional with extensive experience in application development and GIS technologies. Since January 2019, Richard has served as a Senior Application Developer at GAI Consultants, Inc., focusing on the creation and maintenance of applications and Python tools utilizing Esri technology for enterprise GIS solutions. Prior experience includes a role as GIS Applications Specialist at Arora Engineers, Inc., specializing in Transportation and Utility GIS, and various positions including GIS Technician and GPS Field Data Technician. Richard holds a B.S. in Applied Earth Science with a focus on Cartography and GIS from Oregon State University and a B.A. in Geology and GIS from Georgia Southern University.
