Peter most recently worked as a Principal Solutions Architect at Gainsight, where they helped clients achieve their objectives using the Gainsight platform and provided guidance on best practices for Customer Success solutions. Prior to this, Peter was self-employed as a Solution Architect. Peter also worked at FinancialForce.com as a Solution Architect, Practice Manager, and Professional Services employee, where they implemented Professional Services Automation (PSA) for customers and partners. With a background in strategic alliances, Peter was the Director of Strategic Alliances at HumanConcepts, where they managed the integration of HC products with partner products. Additionally, they held positions at Encirq Corporation as Director of Professional Services and Product Direction, Encirq as a Technical Marketing Manager, and Oracle as a Product Management Director for Learning Management and Curriculum Developer and Database Instructor.
Peter Robson attended the University of Canberra from 1990 to 1996, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree with a specialization in Computer Software and Hardware. Additionally, in September 1999, they received a certification as an Oracle DBA from Oracle. Most recently, in June 2020, Peter obtained a Gainsight NXT Administrator Certification (Level 3) from Gainsight.
