Ron Burns

Ron Burns is a highly experienced database professional currently serving as a DB2 Cloud Database Administrator at Gainwell Technologies since June 2022. Previously, Burns held senior roles in data engineering and cloud database architecture at Loanpal, and was the Owner/CEO of Summit-ITC Corporation, providing extensive database services to numerous California state departments and agencies. With a robust background in database administration, programming, and project management, Burns has worked on significant projects such as the California Case Management Information and Payrolling System and the Single Client Database project for the Employment Development Department. Burns also has experience as a contract programmer and has held technical roles at various organizations throughout a career in information technology that spans over three decades.
