Shannon Cohen

Shannon Cohen is a seasoned professional in client engagement and management within the healthcare technology sector. Currently serving as Senior Director of Client Engagement at Gainwell Technologies since April 2021, Shannon plays a pivotal role in delivering technology solutions that enhance health and human services programs. Previously, Shannon held the position of Director of Client Engagement at HMS for twelve years until its acquisition by Gainwell. Shannon's career includes experience as a Senior Account Manager at DGA Partners, an Associate at ECRI, and a fellowship at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, in addition to roles in medical technology sales and financial analysis early in the career. Shannon holds an MBA in Healthcare Management from the Fox School of Business at Temple University and a BS in Marketing and Finance from Lehigh University.
