Vinod Singh has over 16 years of extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of People Energy Process & Business Excellence at Galaxy Surfactants Limited since February 2009. Prior roles at Galaxy included General Manager and Senior Manager positions focused on People Energy Process. Vinod also held the position of Manager-HR at Ashapura Minechem Ltd. and worked as Assistant Manager-HR at Lavasa Corp Ltd. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, a Diploma in Training & Development from ISTD, and various advanced programs in strategy and coaching from prestigious institutions including the Indian Institutes of Management and the Neuro Leadership Institute in the USA.

Galaxy Surfactants is a leading manufacturer of innovative ingredients for the Personal and Home Care Industry. Founded in 1980, today Galaxy has five manufacturing plants in India and one in Egypt. The Corporate Office in Navi Mumbai also has a fully equipped Innovation Centre.
