Deepa Xavier

Deepa Xavier currently serves as the Head of Global Product Operations at Galderma, focusing on developing and implementing a Product Operating Model to support the company's growth ambitions. Previously, Deepa was the Global Supply Chain Head for Teva Biologics and General Manager at Teva Pharmaceuticals International Gmbh, where responsibilities included overseeing supply chain processes and leading biologics launch programs. Deepa's career includes significant roles at Lonza, Novartis, Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, and Tata Motors, showcasing expertise in supply chain management, operations leadership, and strategic planning. Deepa holds an MBA from the Indian School of Business and has completed executive education programs at Harvard Business School and The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth.
