Emil Ivanov

Emil Ivanov serves as the Head of Strategy, Investor Relations & ESG at Galderma since April 2021. Previously, Emil was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company from June 2016 to May 2021, specializing in strategy and organizational topics within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Product industry. Emil's experience includes leading significant projects on portfolio prioritization and commercial strategy for major pharma clients. Earlier roles included Global Organizational Health Lead at Vale, where Emil orchestrated global initiatives improving employee engagement and corporate culture. Emil holds an MBA from IMD Business School and a degree from the University of National and World Economy in Sofia, Bulgaria.
