Garith Connor

Garith Connor is an experienced engineering leader currently serving as the Global Head of Operations Engineering at Galderma since February 2024, overseeing all engineering and capital portfolios for global manufacturing operations. Prior to this role, Garith held the position of Head of Engineering at Takeda, managing Site Engineering and Capital Portfolio for the Biologics, Gene & Cell Therapy Operating Unit from January 2019 to February 2024. Additional experience includes leading Site Engineering at Shire's Singapore biologics facility, and serving in various capacities at Novartis, Merck & Co., and Schering-Plough, focusing on project management and capital projects delivery. Garith began a career in 1992 as a Decommissioning Engineer at BNFL and holds a B.Eng in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham.
