Jim Harnish

Jim Harnish is an experienced IT leader currently serving as the Manager of IT Digital Services at Galderma since July 2021. Prior to this role, Harnish was the Director of Information Technology at Alchemee, where key achievements included establishing the company's first ITSM, leading a global team of 45, and significantly improving project management processes. Previous positions include IT Helpdesk Manager at Guthy|Renker, IT Manager at The Third Floor, Inc., and various roles at Sony Pictures Imageworks where proactive management earned multiple promotions and an SPE Joule Award.
