Justin Szwaja

Justin Szwaja currently serves as the Head of Executive Compensation & LTI at Galderma, a position held since May 2024. Prior to this role, Justin co-founded Impaktify in March 2020, contributing to the organization’s mission of enhancing workforce experiences. Justin's extensive experience in the field includes serving as Senior Director of Work and Rewards at WTW from September 2022 to February 2024, focusing on sectors such as technology, gaming, and telecommunications. From January 2012 to February 2020, Justin was an Associate Partner at EY, leading practices within People Advisory Services in Switzerland and driving substantial growth. Previous roles include Associate at Johnson Winter & Slattery, Senior Analyst & Lawyer at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, and Lawyer at K&L Gates, as well as experience as a Learning & Development Educator and a jazz musician and saxophonist during the early stages of the career. Justin holds multiple degrees from the University of Melbourne, including a Master of Laws and an LLB, alongside qualifications in Small Business Management and Education.
