Lara Lobo

Lara Lobo currently serves as the Global Head of Talent and Leadership Development and the Global Head of Employee Engagement, Diversity & Inclusion and Culture at Galderma since May 2022. Prior to this role, Lara held leadership positions at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as Director of Employee Experience and Employer Branding, and Project Director for Employee Experience, Diversity & Inclusion, and Wellbeing from August 2018 to May 2022. From October 2015 to December 2017, Lara worked at Diageo as the Global Manager for Diversity & Inclusion and Organisational Effectiveness. Earlier in Lara's career, roles at Standard Chartered Bank included Organisation Development Consultant and HR Business Partner, focusing on transformation and change management across various regions. Lara holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD, earned between 2014 and 2015.
