Denise serves as Chair of the Compensation and HR Committee. Denise is Vice President, Women & Diverse B2B Marketing for the IBM Corporation. Denise leads an organization responsible for ensuring that businesses owned by Asians, Blacks, Hispanics, Native Americans in North America and women - understand how to leverage technology to accelerate the growth and success of their businesses. Denise has served globally in leadership and executive positions in IBM for 40+ years. Denise currently serves on many boards, including the Women Presidents’ Organization, The National Alliance for Mental Illness - MD, the Global Summit of Women, The S.O.L.V.E. Group, and is an expert community member of Catalyst.
