Lead Tutor at Galt Foundation

Jessica Tracy has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several years. Jessica started their career as an Administrative Assistant to the Catering Manager at Sodexo, where they assisted with planning, staffing, and execution of on-campus events. Jessica also assumed the role of acting catering manager when needed and helped with employee training.

From there, Jessica worked as a Plan Administrator at Midland Mortgage Corporation before transitioning into the education field. Jessica served as a Teacher Assistant and later as a Teacher for Putnam City Schools, where they planned and executed lessons, designed instruction, and took on leadership roles within their grade level teams.

Afterwards, Jessica joined Mustang Public Schools as a Math Teacher and department leader for the 7th-grade math department. Jessica was responsible for planning and executing lessons, designing instruction, and leading their department.

Jessica then moved into the corporate training and curriculum development field. Jessica worked as a Lead Tutor at Galt Foundation, where they assisted in training tutors across the state of Oklahoma and provided job support.

Jessica continued their curriculum design work at Passion for Life, Inc., where they served as a Curriculum Design Co-Lead. As part of their role, Jessica contributed to the development of educational resources.

Currently, Jessica is an Instructional Designer at Serco and LXDFactory, as well as with InterLearn. In these positions, they have been involved in curriculum design, reformatting and building course materials under the direction of an Instructional Designer.

Jessica Tracy obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Southern Nazarene University in 2008. Jessica then pursued a Master of Science in Instructional Design & Technology from the same university, completing it in 2023. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Articulate Storyline Essential Training, Designing Scenario-Based Learning, and Elearning Essentials: Storyboarding from LinkedIn in 2023. Before pursuing further education, they obtained a teaching certification from the Oklahoma State Department of Education in June 2021.
