Kathleen Conners is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project management, training, and human resources. Currently serving as a Trainer and Project Specialist at Galt Foundation, Kathleen focuses on developing resources and documentation for business processes and software implementation. Previously, Kathleen worked as a Human Resources Generalist and Communications Project Manager at Multnomah Athletic Club, where responsibilities included managing campaign workflows and implementing portfolio management capabilities. Additional roles have included Athletic & Wellness Project Manager, Food & Beverage Project Coordinator, and various positions at Powell's Books, Hamilton College, Profile Theatre, and Portland Center Stage. Kathleen holds a Bachelor's Degree in Theatre and Classical Studies from Hamilton College, complemented by study abroad experience at the University of Sydney.
