Galt Foundation
Bob Stern retired from Sodexo, a publicly-traded, multinational company based in Paris, where he served as Group General Counsel and as General Counsel for Sodexo North America. Prior to that, he was an attorney with Marriott International and an associate at the Skadden law firm. He managed legal teams of over 100 attorneys and over 200 total members in various disciplines and has experience in a full range of legal matters including governance, ethics, compliance, acquisitions, and litigation. Bob and the departments he led have been recognized for their achievements in diversity, workplace flexibility, and community service. He has chaired and currently serves on the boards of, several non-profits, including anti-hunger organizations. He graduated from Oberlin College and the American University, Washington College of Law.
