We are certified in these states to hold service contracts with state governments that are designed to expand employment opportunities to individuals with disabilities. In the private sector, Galt Foundation works with HR managers, hiring managers, and inclusion specialists to find the right match of talent to the needs of our clients. More than 75% of our labor hours are generated by individuals with disabilities, and Galt Foundation employs over 3,000 people.
