Chris Beevor has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Chris began their career at HSBC as a Cash Manager in 1996. Chris then joined UBS in 1998 and held various roles including Cash & Stock Reconciliation & Controls Supervisor, Senior Business Change Lead, and Head of Data Management.
In 2007, Chris joined UBS Investment Bank as the Regional Head EMEA for Client Onboarding and later became the Asia Pacific Project Manager and Deputy Global Lead for the KYC Review Programme. Chris then moved to Macquarie Group in 2011 as the Head of Client Onboarding / Financial Crime Operations and was later promoted to Global Head of Regulatory Reporting and Global Head of Regulatory Operations & EMEA Head of Operations.
Chris also worked as a Management Consultant at Talan in 2018. Chris joined ING in 2017 as a Consultant for UK Regulatory Programme Delivery, where they developed and delivered a Strategic Regulatory Operations Team. Currently, Chris works at GAM Investments as the Group Compliance COO & MLRO.
Chris Beevor attended Henley Business School from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Higher Diploma in Business Management and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) - Part 1 and Part 2. Additionally, they obtained certifications as a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance® in April 2019, and as a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt from UBS in 2003. Chris also became an Affiliate Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment in 2003.
