Phanu Saosomphob has extensive experience in IT support and operations, currently serving as an Infrastructure Operations Engineer at GAM Investments since December 2016, where key responsibilities include implementing change requests, managing servers and data backups, and supporting various IT teams. Previously, as an IT Support Analyst, Phanu provided technical support to high-profile executives, handled desktop support, and managed Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365. Prior experience includes an IT Analyst role at Churchill Capital, supporting multiple international offices. Phanu holds a Master of Science in Computing and Security and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, both from King's College London.
