Glenn Daluz

Glenn Daluz, CTP, currently serves as Treasury Manager at GameChange Solar, focusing on implementing working capital facilities for international subsidiaries and managing cash forecasting processes. Previously, as Senior Treasury Analyst at McKinsey & Company, Glenn supported a $2bn FX hedging program, executing over 1,500 trades annually. At IGT, Glenn was promoted for exceptional performance, leading team initiatives and managing a $500M foreign exchange hedging program. Earlier roles included various positions at Santander Bank, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Charles Schwab, Bank of America, and State Street Bank, showcasing a strong background in treasury operations, compliance, and team leadership. Glenn holds an MBA from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Finance from Westfield State University.
