Alex Beckman has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Alex founded and served as CEO of GameOn Technology, a leading chat platform for brands, teams, and content properties. Alex was also a Managing Partner at Elastic Holdings, an early-stage investment fund. Alex has provided advisory services to Berkeley SkyDeck, OpenGov Inc., and California Common Sense. Alex co-founded and served as CEO of EVNTLIVE, a virtual venue for live music streaming. Additionally, they held a leadership role at Coincident.tv, working with clients such as Fox Broadcasting and MTV. Alex also has experience in television commercial and music video production as a Production Manager and Red Camera Tech at Real to Real LLC.
Alex Beckman attended the University of California, Berkeley from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Film Studies. Alex then went on to study at the California College of the Arts from 2008 to 2010, earning a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Media and Fine Arts.
