Jean-Pierre Gotteland

Jean-Pierre Gotteland is a seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries, currently serving as a Global Pharma R&D Expert and Consultant at Gotteland Consulting Sarl since November 2022. Previously, Jean-Pierre held prominent roles including Chief Scientific Officer and Head of R&D at ObsEva SA from September 2015 to September 2022, and Chief Development Officer at PregLem SA from May 2007 to August 2015. Earlier in the career, Jean-Pierre was Research Project Director at Serono Pharma and led the Medicinal Chemistry division at the Serono Pharmaceutical Research Institute. Jean-Pierre's foundational education includes a PostDoc in Organic Chemistry from the University of California, Berkeley, a PhD from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1, and an engineering degree in Chemistry from CPE Lyon.
