GAMMAUX
Veronica Reyero is a seasoned professional in UX research and anthropology, currently serving as a Senior UX Researcher at GAMMAUX since November 2023 and involved with CaixaBank's Insights Center, Spain's largest user experience research laboratory. Reyero co-founded Antropologia 2.0, focusing on understanding user experiences, emotions, and challenges with products. As a guest lecturer at IE Business School, Reyero teaches "Human Futures" in a program aimed at preparing future corporate leaders. Previous roles include UX researcher at Cervest, ethnographic researcher at Thimus Inc., qualitative researcher for the Spanish Institute on Patient Experience, and anthropologist at KM ZERO Open Innovation Hub. Reyero holds a degree in Social & Cultural Anthropology from Universidad de Granada and a Master's in Rational Use of Medicines from University of Valencia.
