Kirsy Segarra, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kirsy started their career as a Translator at Behavioral Health Network, Inc (BHN) in 2017. Kirsy then transitioned to MGM Springfield, where they worked in various roles within talent acquisition, including Talent Acquisition Specialist, Talent Acquisition Partner, and Talent Acquisition Manager. Their most recent role at MGM Springfield was as a Surveillance Operator. Currently, Kirsy is working at Gandara Center as a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner and Director of Recruitment and Internship Development.
Kirsy Segarra, MBA, obtained their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Fitchburg State University in 2020. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's Degree of Science in Criminal Justice from Westfield State University in 2017.
