Daniel Kimani has a diverse work experience in the software development field. Daniel started their career in 2013 as a System Developer at Valdi Hobbes, where they worked on a job site and an interactive website. In 2014, they joined Caytree Partners as a Software Developer, where they implemented an Asset Tracking web application, handled administrative responsibilities, and worked on a financial management tool. Also in 2014, they joined GANTNER Technologies as a Software Developer, where they installed and maintained Time and Attendance software, provided support to clients and in-house teams, and implemented client customization. Daniel later became the Team Lead - Senior Software Developer at GANTNER Technologies, overseeing the management and implementation of the company's solutions.
Daniel Kimani has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT), which they completed between 2010 and 2013. Daniel also pursued an ACCA degree in Accounting and Finance at Royal Business School from 2010 to 2011. Prior to this, they obtained a High School Diploma from Alliance High School between 2005 and 2008. Daniel Kimani has additional certifications as a DB2.10 Database Associate and a DB2.9 Database Associate from IBM, obtained in 2013.
