Heidi Paulson Winder

Heidi Paulson Winder is an experienced professional in performance consulting and education, currently serving as Director and Performance Consultant at Gap International since June 2013, and previously held the position of Associate with the same company from November 2002 to December 2008. Heidi has also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member at Widener University from September 2009 to May 2013 and at Delaware County Community from January 2009 to May 2012. Prior to these roles, Heidi worked as a Program Coordinator for Preventive Diplomacy at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) from July 2001 to November 2002. Heidi holds a Master of Theological Studies in Religion/Religious Studies from Harvard Divinity School, attained between 1999 and 2001, and a Bachelor’s degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Principia College, earned from 1994 to 1998.
