Lea Haddad is a skilled professional with extensive experience in product development, quality assurance, and environmental management. Since December 2023, Lea has been serving as a Product Development Analyst at Garaga Inc. and simultaneously works as a Research Professional at Université Laval from March 2023. Prior to these roles, from January 2020 to December 2023, Lea held the position of Quality and Environmental Manager at DUVALTEX, where key responsibilities included developing KPIs on Power BI, managing engineering change projects, and overseeing ISO certifications. Previous roles also include a Junior Pharmaceutical Engineer at KABS Laboratories Inc. and an intern at Ville de Montréal focused on lead detection. Lea holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from Université Laval and Grenoble Ecole de Management, a Bachelor’s in Chemical Engineering from Polytechnique Montréal, and a Bachelor's in Chemistry from Lebanese University.
