Currently serving as Senior Associate Director at Gardiner & Theobald Inc. since July 2021, Ashley has held various roles including Associate Director and Senior Project Manager. Prior experience includes over 14 years at Milrose Consultants, where Ashley progressed through several positions, ultimately serving as Senior Account Executive and Manager of the Project Management Department, focusing on operational efficiencies and client communications. With earlier roles at Horizon Engineering Associates, LLP, Mechanics of Materials, and an internship at San Diego Health & Human Services Agency, Ashley has developed a well-rounded skill set.
