Ian Peters

Ian Peters is a Partner in Project Management at Gardiner & Theobald Inc., with experience on the significant 2 Finsbury Avenue project. Previously, Ian served as Associate Director in the Projects team at CBRE, where responsibilities included providing development due diligence and distressed development advice across various asset classes. Ian began a career as a Cost Consultant in the Residential team at EC Harris, contributing to prestigious projects like the luxury apartment conversion of eight Grade II* listed properties at 3-10 Grosvenor Crescent, Belgravia. Earlier experience includes a Student Trainee position at Sir Robert McAlpine. Ian holds a 1st Class BSc (Hons) in Quantity Surveying from the University of Reading.
