Kris Mitchell MRICS is a highly experienced professional in cost management, currently serving as the Director of Cost Management at Gardiner & Theobald Inc. since February 2020, following roles as Senior Associate Director and Associate Director in the same field. Prior to this, Kris was the Associate Director of Cost Consultancy at Cushman & Wakefield, where leadership of the Cost Consultancy team in Scotland involved providing procurement advice and managing fit-out projects for both global and local clients in Glasgow, Edinburgh, and Dublin. Additional experience includes positions as Associate Director and Quantity Surveyor at Jones Associates, Assistant Quantity Surveyor at Baker Mallett LLP, and Trainee Quantity Surveyor at Brownriggs. Educational background includes a Post Graduate Diploma in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University and a BA (Hons) in History from the University of Strathclyde.
