Zoe Nicholls is an accomplished professional in cost management with extensive experience in the construction and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Director of Cost Management at Gardiner & Theobald Inc. since August 2017, Zoe has progressed through various senior roles, showcasing a strong track record in cost control and project management. Prior experience includes positions at Quantem Consulting LLP as a Project Surveyor and AECOM as a Graduate Quantity Surveyor. Zoe began a career in quantity surveying at Carillion as a Trainee Quantity Surveyor. An academic background includes a First Class Honours degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Central Lancashire, along with foundational education from King George V and Ormskirk School.
