The Engineering and Technical Team at Gardiner is responsible for the evaluation, design, implementation, and maintenance of building technology solutions to enhance safety, comfort, reliability, and energy efficiency. Comprised of Energy Engineers, HVAC and Service Technicians, New Systems Engineers, and BAS Integration Specialists, this team ensures optimal performance of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, building automation and control systems, boilers, and fire & life safety systems. They provide expert technical support and innovative solutions, ensuring that commercial, industrial, and institutional facilities in Northern Ohio achieve the highest standards of building efficiency and reliability.
