Jon's leadership has been instrumental in launching new offices and divisions, fostering partnerships, and enhancing operational integrity across various companies. In addition, Jon advises several firms, including M+ Builders and Gardner Builders, contributing to significant revenue growth and structural improvements. Jon holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Purdue University.
