Sam Baker

Sam Baker is an experienced Senior Product Engineer at Gardyn, overseeing product development since November 2021, following a role as Product Engineer. Prior experience includes serving as a Product Development Engineer at Patriot3, Inc., managing Elevated Tactics projects through design and production phases. Sam has also contributed as the Engineering Team Lead for an interdisciplinary project at Virginia Commonwealth University's College of Engineering, focusing on medical device design, and interned at VCU Health, where oversight of a Class 1 pneumothorax decompression device was a primary responsibility. Educational achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering and a Certificate in Product Innovation from Virginia Commonwealth University’s da Vinci Center for Innovation.
