Christian Buhrow

Christian Buhrow is an accomplished sales leader with extensive experience in the technology sector, currently serving as Regional Sales Director for EMEA at Garland Technology since February 2025. Previously held the same title at SpyCloud from April 2023 to February 2025, and served as Sales Director - EMEA, NDR Security at Arista Networks from 2021 to 2023. Buhrow’s career also includes positions such as Sales Director for DACH, IBERIA & Eastern Europe at ExtraHop and Area Sales Manager at Extreme Networks. Early in the career, Buhrow was Regional Sales Manager for Germany at Arista Networks, and Country Manager for Spain-Portugal at LANCOM Systems GmbH, where a technical focus spanned WLAN, enterprise routing, and VPN. A founder and managing director at GNS GmbH from 1993 to 2003, Buhrow also gained experience as a regional manager at Novell. Educational background includes a Master's degree in Economics and Computer Science from Universität des Saarlandes and a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Economics from Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches Gymnasium Saarbruecken. Additionally, Buhrow took a sabbatical from 2003 to 2005 to become a father of triplets.
