Ann Boldt

Ann Boldt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in organizational development and human resources. Currently serving as the Director of Professional Development at Garmin since March 2025, Ann has held various leadership roles, including Vice President of Corporate Affairs and Vice President of People & Enterprise Development at Hallmark Cards from February 2020 to April 2025. Ann's prior experience includes positions at Cerner Corporation as Associate Learning and Development and at Assurant, where roles included Director of Organizational Development and Senior HR & Development Consultant. Ann Boldt holds a Master's degree in Public Administration with a focus on Government and Business Relations from Park University and a Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication from the University of Central Missouri.
