Austin Swailes

Austin Swailes is a Senior Project Manager in Supply Chain Business Systems at Garmin since September 2021, where responsibilities include developing operational software requirements and serving as a liaison among operations, IT, and engineering teams. Prior to Garmin, Austin worked at Global Reliability Solutions, LLC from June 2016 to September 2021, initially as a Senior Development Engineer, managing data development and customer service teams, and later as a Program Development Engineer, where operational efficiencies were enhanced through new processes. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Manufacturing Systems Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Arkansas.
