Mirela Rodani

Mirela Rodani has over 15 years of experience in supply planning, cost analysis, and project management within prominent companies. Currently serving as a Global Supply Planning Manager at Garrett - Advancing Motion since October 2018, Mirela has also held roles including Supplier Capacity & Transition Senior Manager and Project Management and Functional Excellence Manager. Previously, Mirela was employed at Honeywell, where responsibilities included Should Cost Leader and Senior Cost Engineer, as well as holding the position of Cost Analyst at Renault and Analyst at Tenaris. Mirela holds a Postuniversitary degree in Automation and Ecology of the Engineering Systems from UPB and an Economical Engineering degree from the same institution, specializing in Materials Science and Engineering.
