Tammy Heller

Tammy Heller is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as an Executive Partner in the CHRO Advisory Practice at Gartner since January 2024, where the focus is on advising C-suite executives to enhance organizational performance through effective human capital strategies. Prior to this role, Heller was the Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at Kontoor Brands, Inc., from September 2021 to June 2023, where leadership was provided in developing HR strategies for a newly established global public company. Earlier experience includes serving as Chief Human Resources Officer and Senior Vice President at Perspecta, Vice President of Global Human Resources at CGI, and Vice President of Human Resources at Capital One. Tammy Heller holds a BA in Government and Communications from the University of Virginia and a MS in Organizational Leadership from Marymount University.
