Vivian Lorencatto

Vivian Lorencatto is an experienced professional in sales enablement and strategy, currently serving as Associate Director at Gartner since September 2016. With a strong background in sales learning and development, Vivian has led the global Sales Learning & Development Team, responsible for onboarding over 100 new hires annually and executing training programs for sales associates across multiple regions. Vivian also founded the Gartner Digital Markets Sales Learning and Development Team to support global sales initiatives. Prior to joining Gartner, Vivian held positions at Cvent, including Account Executive and Account Manager, where responsibilities included managing significant digital marketing accounts and representing the company at industry events. Vivian holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and Management Studies from Duke University and has attended King's College London and the American School of São Paulo.
