Philippa Rollo began their work experience in 2012 as a Seconded Trainee Solicitor at Barclays Investment Bank. From 2011 to 2015, they worked at Allen & Overy, first as a Trainee Solicitor and then as a Solicitor in the Employment Group. In 2015, they joined BlueBay Asset Management as a Legal Counsel until 2016. In 2017, Philippa became the Chief of Staff to the CEO at JLT Employee Benefits until 2018. Since 2019, they have been working at the Garvan Institute of Medical Research, initially as an Executive Officer and currently as the Chief of Staff for Cellular and Translation Science.
Philippa Rollo began their education in 2004 at the University of Oxford, where they pursued a degree in Ancient and Modern History. This academic journey lasted till 2007. Philippa then took a break from their studies before resuming in 2008 at the College of Law, Bloomsbury, where they completed a Graduate Diploma in Law in 2009. In 2009, Philippa continued their legal education at the College of Law, Moorgate, where they obtained a Legal Practice Course qualification in 2010.
