Mike Smyth

Mike Smyth is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in the oil and gas sector, currently serving as a Senior Project Manager at Gas Liquids Engineering Ltd. since November 2014. Key projects include managing the AltaGas Ridley Terminal Propane Export facility and overseeing the Kakwa Project's 500 mmscfd development. Prior experience includes roles at Devon Energy, where Mike acted as Interface Manager for the $4B Pike SAGD program, and at North West Redwater Partnership, managing the U&O of a $5B refinery project. Mike has also held senior positions at Berry Y&V, Petro Canada, and Bantrel, contributing to significant projects and strategic business development. Educational qualifications include a Master of Applied Science in Structural Engineering from the University of Calgary and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
