Eoin Foley

Eoin Foley is a Senior Contracts Lead and Capital Delivery Lead at Gas Networks Ireland, overseeing a supply chain budget of €600 million in capital delivery and network operations since April 2016. Prior to this role, Eoin served as a Construction Manager at Sanofi Genzyme, managing a €40 million pharmaceutical project. Eoin's extensive background in construction management includes significant projects at Alstom Power, where Eoin managed a €3 billion portfolio in power generation, and positions as a Senior Civil Engineer at Clancy Construction and John F Supple, focusing on commercial and residential projects valued at €60 million. Eoin holds a Diploma in Business Sustainability from the Institute of Sustainability Studies and an Honours Bachelor of Science in Construction Management & Engineering from South East Technological University.
