Navid Alam

Navid Alam is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in network and security engineering. Currently serving as a Senior Network & Security Analyst at Gas Networks Ireland since March 2025, Navid previously held the role of Senior Network & Security Engineer at Fenergo from March 2022 to March 2025, and similar positions at Smarttech247 from October 2017 to February 2022. Navid began a career at the Qatar Mobility Innovations Center (QMIC) as a Senior IT Administrator & Networking Engineer from April 2010 to September 2017, following a tenure as Senior IT Administrator at Noorco Groups of Industries from January 2006 to March 2010, and as Incharge of IT Department (IT Administrator) at Al-Rehmat Group of Industries from August 2002 to December 2005. Educationally, Navid holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Technology from Compete Computer College, completed in 2002.
