Litigation Team
Our specialised litigation team led by partner Quentin Davies is highly skilled and well respected for its work in all aspects of resource management with special expertise in the areas of aquaculture and plan changes.
The team also has much experience in issues relating to relationship property, employment and dispute resolution.  We act for some of the local iwi and have experience in Treaty negotiations, settlements and dealing with issues within iwi organisations and between organisations.

We appreciate that few people want to be involved in disputes and we will work with you to find fast and cost effective solutions.  However, if you need representation in a tribunal or Court, you can be comfortable that our lawyers are experienced, having appeared in proceedings many times.
