Andy Jabbour is a seasoned professional in security risk management, currently serving as Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Gate 15 Company since January 2014, where oversight spans both administrative and operational aspects of the business. Additionally, Andy co-founded the Faith-Based Information Sharing & Analysis Organization in May 2018, which focuses on enhancing the resilience of faith-based organizations against various threats. As the founder of the Cannabis ISAO, Andy addresses security risks within the cannabis industry. Involvement with the International Association of Venue Managers includes contributions to venue safety and security education. Andy's prior experience includes board membership with InfraGardNCR, leadership for the RE-ISAC at FS-ISAC, and operational roles at Battelle and the US Army. Andy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from George Mason University and a Master of Arts in Management from Webster University.

Providing a Threat-Informed, Risk-Based Approach to Analysis, Preparedness and Operations, Gate 15 is a Virginia-based Veteran-Owned Small Business registered in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Small, Women and Minority (SWaM) Vendor. We support our clients’ and partners' risk management and organizational security and resilience activities by providing expertise in threat analysis, operations and preparedness (planning, training, exercise and continuity) support. Our team maintains extensive relationships across the private and public sector critical infrastructure, homeland security and intelligence communities, and brings unique experience working with Information Sharing and Analysis Centers (ISACs) and Organizations (ISAOs). Also, unique to Gate 15 is our ability to ensure that any activities we support benefit from our company's active threat monitoring across the global, all-hazards environment, the open source results of which we publish in a free daily Situational Update Notification and two comprehensive weekly reports - the Threat Dashboard and the Torpedo Report. Gate 15 was established as a partnership in the Town of Leesburg, Virginia in 2011 and began operations in 2013. In 2016, Gate 15 became The Gate 15 Company ("Gate 15") and is a privately held company Incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia.
