Esther Choi began their work experience in 2016 at Substance Food Group Canada, where they worked as an Administrative Assistant from July 2016 to August 2018, and also as a Hostess from May 2016 to June 2018. In 2019, they joined Bar Buca as a Sales Staff from June 2019 to September 2019, and simultaneously worked as a Sales Staff at Terroni Group from June 2019 to February 2022. Currently, they are employed at Gatekeeper as a Sales Development Representative starting from February 2022.
Esther Choi completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Queen's University between the years 2018 and 2022. In addition to their academic achievements, they obtained several certifications including the ERB Basic Exam from OpenTable in April 2018, Worker Health and Safety Awareness from the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Training and Skills Development in September 2017, Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulations from AccessForward in September 2016, and the Smart Serve certification from Smart Serve Ontario in May 2016.
