Josephine Carola

Josephine Carola, Ph.D, currently serves as Head of Global Talent Management at Gates Corporation, overseeing the strategy and execution of Global Talent Programs while leading a global team of Talent Development Partners. Prior experience includes roles as Manager of Global Talent Programs at Gates Industrial Corporation, where Josephine led various global talent management processes and implemented significant talent development initiatives. Josephine’s background also includes a notable tenure at TIAA as a Sr. Talent Management Advisor and other positions focused on talent development, lean methodologies, and organizational effectiveness. Josephine holds a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Northcentral University, a Master’s in Psychology from New York University, and a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Queens College.
