Luz Ramirez

Luz Ramirez is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as an Accounting Manager at Gates Corporation since September 2022, while also holding the position of Senior Accountant at COMMONSPIRIT (CATHOLIC HEALTH INITIATIVES) since July 2019, where responsibilities include mentoring colleagues. Prior experience includes roles at Dish Network from May 2007 to Present, progressing from International Staff Accountant II to GL Staff Accountant II, with duties encompassing financial reporting, month-end closing, and account reconciliations. Additionally, Luz has served as a faculty member at Community College of Aurora and worked as an Auditor for the Federal Government at IMSS from 1991 to 2000. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Instituto Tecnologico de Parral in Mexico.
