Serdar Acun has extensive experience in project management and quality assurance, currently serving as PMO Operations Manager at Gates Corporation since September 2012. In this role, responsibilities include overseeing two Free Trade Zone plants and managing operational areas such as plant relocations and equipment installations. Previous positions at Gates Corporation include Quality Manager & PMO, PMO Metals OE Manager, Project Manager, and Aftermarket Projects Manager, showcasing a strong track record in quality management and project leadership. Prior to Gates, Serdar served as R&D Engineer & Project Leader at BMC San. ve Tic. A.Ş, focusing on defense industry projects, and as Manufacturing Manager at AKS-KOM END. MAK., where technical and project management skills were applied. Serdar Acun holds a Master's degree in Engineering Management from Izmir Institute of Technology and additional degrees from Ege University and Celal Bayar University.
